Do you want to make a difference for young people this summer?

We at Famnia Omsorg are now looking for summer substitutes for our HVB home in Hindås, where we meet boys aged 15–19 who need security, stability, support, and adults who stand by them when things get tough.

As a summer substitute with us, you will play an important role in the youths' everyday lives, where you work closely with them, build trusting relationships, and support their development even during the summer months.

Job Responsibilities

✔ Create security and relationship-based support

✔ Work with motivation and structured activities

✔ Carry out documentation according to routines

✔ Collaborate with colleagues and external actors

We are looking for someone who

✔ Has relevant post-secondary education in social pedagogy/therapeutic pedagogy – ongoing education may also be considered

✔ Has experience working with young people

✔ Is calm, responsible, and has a positive attitude

✔ Enjoys working in a team

✔ Holds a B driver's license
